Returns & Exchanges

KidSuper Studios accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authentication cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
